We offer orienteering introduction sessions for schools and youth groups in English or German language. These are developed to introduce children & youth into the orienteering sport – it’s designed for complete beginners. The Orienteering Sessions can also be booked for private kids/youth groups.

The introduction sessions are held by state-certified, experienced instructors and coaches from the Orienteering Club Wienerwald. The sessions are designed in a way, that children and youth get to know orienteering with many positive experiences. It is a popular activity of sport and health weeks in various schools. A lot of physical activity and fun is guaranteed 😊

The program is used by various schools, and popular part of sport and health weeks.

  • Program: Warm up (cognitive & coordinative), orienteering game, orienteering map basics, orienteering courses (adjusted according to age)
  • Duration: 1.5 hours
  • Location: Türkenschanzpark
  • Participants: max 30 per session
  • Costs: from 390 € per group (coaches, maps, hire of orienteering equipment & electronic punching/timekeeping system)
