According to Section 6 Paragraph 1 (27) UStG, all prices are without taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" id=\"h-payment\">Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Credit Card<\/strong> processed via Stripe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bank Payment<\/strong> to OL-Sport, IBAN: AT09 1420 0200 1051 5450, BIC: BAWAATWW (Easy Bank AG)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Invoices<\/strong> are available for PDF download in the menu via <a href=\"https:\/\/ol-sport.at\/en\/my-ol-sport\/\">My OL-Sport<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Event Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registration for the events offered on the platform is only possible online. The online registration is only completed once the confirmation has been successfully emailed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After registration for an event, withdrawal from the contract by the registered person is excluded per Section 18 Paragraph 1 (10) FAGG. This means that a right of cancellation and withdrawal is excluded. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depending on the selected activity\/event, a registration fee must be paid beforehand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membership in a club is not required for registration and participation. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The number of participants may be limited at the discretion of the organization. Registrations will be considered based on the date they are received by the organizer. Registering early secures your starting place.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If, in cases of force majeure, the organizer is entitled or obliged due to official orders or for safety reasons to make changes to the organization of the event or to cancel it, the organizer has no obligation to pay compensation to the participant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liability of the organizer for property damage and financial loss is excluded, except for intent and gross negligence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The organizer also assumes no liability for any health risks to the participant in connection with participation in the event.
